The Saal plant benefits from accessibility of very high-quality limestone. Employing efficient processing and calcining facilities as well as highly qualified and motivated employees, we cover the entire range of lime grades for almost all areas of application. The plant is very accessible; in addition to the road and railway connections, the port of Kelheim/Saal also connects it to the Main-Danube Canal.

How to get to the Saal lime production plant
Coming from the north
From the A93
- you are travelling on the A93
- take the first exit after 44 AK Regensburg
- follow the B16
- leave the B16 at exit KEH19 (Regensburger Strasse)
- Regensburger Strasse leads into Hauptstrasse
- in Obersaal, turn left at the fourth crossing into KEH10 (Haunersdorfer Strasse)
- turn left into the second street you are allowed to enter (Werkstrasse)
- after a few meters, you can see the Saal lime production plant
You have arrived at your destination.
From Regensburg
- you are travelling on the B6 from Regensburg
- leave the B6 and turn into KEH19 (Regensburger Strasse)
- Regensburger Strasse leads into Hauptstrasse
- you are now travelling on Hauptstrasse
- in the direction of Saal an der Donau
- stay on this the road
- after a few meters, you can see the Saal lime production plant

from the B16:
- you are travelling on the B16
- leave the B16 at exit Kelheim in the direction of Saal
- continue on Kelheimer Strasse
- at the roundabout, take the first exit to Kirchstrasse
- turn right into Hauptstrasse
- after some meters, turn left into Werkstrasse
- follow this road
- after a few meters, you can see the Saal lime production plant

Coming from the south
From the A93
- you are travelling on the A93
- leave the motorway at exit 48 (Hausen)
- you are now on the KEH10
- drive in the direction of Saal an der Donau
- after 7.5 km you have reached Saal an der Donau
- at the town sign, turn right towards the plant gate
- the Saal lime production plant is right in front of you
