Soil remediation

Another speciality of Fels is the remediation of contaminated soils. For example, residues from oil refining or rinsing sludge from boreholes are treated.

Special lime products are used to neutralize acids, fix heavy metals and support the degradation of harmful substances. Soils and sludge are solidified and can then be transported for disposal.
