Fels views apprenticeships as an investment in the future. The apprenticeship quota in Germany is around 5%. Fels offers very good chances of being taken on. In recent years, we have been able to take on over 80% of our trainees who have completed their apprenticeships. After completing their apprenticeship, all trainees are generally taken on for an initial period of six months.
