Application

Various mixtures of quicklime products are used in the iron and steel industry. Lime-magnesium or dolomite mixtures are used not only as slag formers in hot metal and crude steel production and ladle metallurgy, for example, but also to protect the refractory lining.

Production

Fels lime dough is produced from white lime in a special soaking process. This process with precisely coordinated storage times results in the special purity and good processability.
