Attractive remuneration according to collective agreement
All employees are entitled to at least 30 days holiday per year. We offer our employees attractive remuneration as a result of our collective labour agreement. The individual level naturally increases with knowledge, experience, scope of duties and responsibility. The payment of holiday pay, capital-forming benefits and annual bonuses are also regulated in collective agreements.
Performance-related remuneration
We believe that good work should be fairly remunerated. For this reason, target agreements are discussed depending on the form of employment of the employees. Depending on the extent to which the target agreements have been met, they receive a corresponding special remuneration.
Anniversary bonus
We value the work and loyalty of our employees and therefore honour many years of service with lucrative special payments.
Group accident insurance
As the safety and well-being of our employees is important to us, we offer group accident insurance to support our employees in the event of a claim. The insurance also covers the private sphere of employees.
Company pension scheme / deferred compensation
All employees have the option of a company pension scheme through deferred compensation. Fels promotes this by contributing 20% of the conversion amount up to a total of 4% of the annual contribution assessment ceiling in the statutory pension insurance scheme.

Special leave
Special moments require time. Be it a wedding, the birth of a child or the loss of a loved one. For these moments in the life of every employee, they have a regulated entitlement to special leave in order to devote themselves to these formative events.
